With CTS, The Travel Authority Earns More Commissions – with Less Work
Sherri Graham manages the Accounts Receivable function for The Travel Authority, a Louisville, Kentucky based TMC with 32 branches. The company focuses on the corporate and leisure markets. Five years ago, the company was using a well-known industry payment processer to process hotel bookings and collect commissions. After comparing its fees with those offered by CTS, The Travel Authority made the switch. “Not only did we reduce our costs, we increased collections by almost 40% after choosing CTS,” noted Graham.
“We depend on CTS,” she added. “Without their technology and processes, we would have to ‘hand match’ bookings with collections. That would take a lot of time and a staff that we don’t have.”
