A graduate of Texas Tech University, Carl founded CTS SYSTEMS in 1990 to help travel agencies collect outstanding commissions. Drawing on nearly 18 years of experience in the travel industry, Mark is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company, including managing the relationships with major hotel chains and top 50 travel agencies. Prior to joining CTS in 2002, Mark held management positions with NetTrans, Pegasus Solutions and Hilton Hotels Corporation. With both an eye for detail and a global outlook, Mark is a key player in expanding CTS’s product and service portfolio. |

With more than 40 years experience in the banking and financial services industries, Jim brings financial expertise and process discipline to CTS. Jim joined CTS in 2001. After beginning his career as a bank examiner in Florida working with commercial banks, S&Ls and credit unions, Jim joined Barnett Bank where he took on progressively increasing challenges and responsibilities. These included establishing Barnett’s first data processing center in West Florida; serving as Chairman and President of Florida Payment Systems; and coordinating the systems and procedures for the Bank’s Holding Company, where he served as Vice President of Operations. Eventually Jim was made Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. |
