Paul Barnicoat

Paul has over 30 years of software development, engineering, and architecture working in a variety of industries and disciplines including: accounting; retail and wholesale distribution; point of sale; pre-employment services; technical consulting; and hospital regulatory, clinical, medical records, and admissions/discharge/transfers. He has been the leader on the majority of his projects, communicating with both the technical staff and the end users in defining the requirements of each project.

Paul’s position within CTS is to direct the overall management of all IT functions within the company; manage data processes, and develop world class applications that service the customers’ needs. His attention to detail and his focus on the customers’ requirements, provides a high level, quality of service that is expected in today’s’ marketplace.

Sheldon Beasley

Using the latest web technology and development frameworks from Microsoft (e.g. Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Entity Framework (EF), Linq, AJAX, SQL Server 2008R2, etc.), Sheldon has been Senior Architect and Developer of many large-scale, high-availability applications including real-time financial data processing systems, digital document imaging and storage, data management tools, and on-demand reporting for various industries.

Additionally, as a Business Analyst, Sheldon has been chiefly responsible for gathering requirements, database modeling, developing specifications, technical design, application deployment, and functional support of many enterprise applications. As a Team Lead and Technical Architect, Sheldon has worked closely with other software developers, project managers, clients, and customer service representatives to guide teams across all functional areas such as database management, systems, and user interfaces to manage projects from concept to completion.
