The CTS Account Services Department is the focal point for facilitating the auditing and reconciliation of all payments - matching payments with bookings. They work to resolve each booking by obtaining the most accurate results possible, leading to a large percentage of the commission recovered. The team supervises their own individual accounts, working closely with Travel Agencies and hotels offering the best customer service. They make multiple phone calls and contact via e-mail and faxes to resolve outstanding issues, unresolved invoices and open bookings. |

Angela directs all CTS account management functions and brings stability and experience to her role. She has more than 12 years experience in travel agency financial management, including eight years with Omega World Travel. Angela and her team strive to offer the best customer service possible for Travel Management Companies while building long term relationships with hotels. |
