1. Do you have a pilot or test program?
Yes, we are currently offering a 60 day free trial.
2. How are your services priced?
We offer three pricing models to meet our client needs:
Full Contingency – The fee starts at 40% or less of outstanding commissions collected based upon the agencies sales volume.
Transactional – A straight transaction fee is applied to all payment items received. This includes items such as CXL and non commissionable items. The fee starts at 55 cents and goes down based on volume.
Blended – Is a mix of a lower contingency and lower transactional fee. Most clients move to this structure after they have used us for a while.
3. Do I get a team or account manager on my account?
Yes. You get an experienced account manager that you can contact any time you wish. Plus you get data processing and collection professionals working on your business.
4. Do you typically collect more in commissions than we might pay you in fees?
Yes. In fact, with the full contingency model, it is impossible to charge more than we collect.
5. What is the typical ramp-up period for a new account?
We can usually have you up and running in a few days.
6. Are you able to produce revenue reports by account and agent?
Yes. We have both detailed and summary reports allocated for accounts and agents. Plus, we have many more reports you can use to analyze your business.
7. Do our commissions go to CTS first and then to us?
No. Unlike some of our competitors, your money goes straight to you from your hotel partners – usually 60 days after the date of arrival. Our goal is to increase your cash flow, not our float.
8. If I do business with CTS, what is my contractual obligation?
We operate with a 30 day opt-out contract.
9. When do you start the collection process?
It typically starts 60 days from the date of arrival in our system.
10. Which back office accounting systems do you work with?
We currently work with all major back office systems.
11. Where do you get your data?
The reservation information is extracted from TMC accounting data. The payment information is received from both TMC deposits and the results received during the collection process.
